We have specialized our Preventative Roof Maintenance Services Program for both Residential Roofing Systems and Commercial Roofing Systems. Our expert roofing contractors at Storm Contracting Solutions recommend a semi-annual Scheduled Roofing Maintenance Service. We offer a Roof Maintenance Program tailored specifically to you- the type of roof you have, the age of the roof, and the weather conditions in your area.

 Here are some of the Roof Maintenance Services we offer as part of a program or separately:

Gutters & Downspouts


Debris can build up in gutters and downspouts causing water build-up which leads to roof sagging and leaks. Cleaning them regularly is mandatory. Leave that to us.

Damaged Shingles

During a routine roof maintenance, SCS will make any minor repairs to loose or damaged shingles. Planned maintenance saves you money in the long run.

Ventilation System

We will check the temperature and moisture level in the attic to make sure your roof is properly ventilated. (This is included in the Roof-Top to Bottom Level Roof Maintenance Program.*)

Broken Tiles

Storm Contracting Solutions can replace a cracked or broken tile while on a Roof Maintenance Visit.

Ice & snow dams

Snow buildup can weigh the roof down in certain areas while icicles can jam up the gutters, damage the eaves. (Falling icicles are dangerous.)

Roof Flashing

The flashings are areas where the majority of leaks originate and develop. Flashings are typically stressed more than the roof surface.

Loose Corroded Screws

Often, screws will become corroded or loose, leaks through the roofing material may occur so we make sure to replace screws where needed.

Roof Leaks

Instead of waiting for your roof to leak water, we will look for any potential future leaks (weak spots) and seal where we can.

Critter Damage

Critters come through the roof looking for warmth and a place to birth more critters. We will seal any possible holes they might fit into.

What is a Scheduled Preventative Roof Maintenance Program?
How many Roof Maintenance Programs do you offer?

At Storm Contracting Solutions, we call them "Programs" because they can be specifically tailored to each residential, commercial, or industrial roof as needed. Our Regular Scheduled Roof Maintenance is recommended semi-annual but can be adjusted to an annual or monthly service. Of course, we offer each of these Roofing Services individually as needed.

We also have 2 different program levels depending on how extensive your roofing needs are. Our Roof-Top to Bottom Level covers everything on the roof plus easy maintenance on attic issues like ventilation or insulation problems. The level below does not include any maintenance below the actual roof. We do not need any contact for the Roof-Top Services, but you must be present for the Roof-Top to Bottom Roof Maintenance Service.

*NOTE: Some roof damage may require a more extensive roof repair project. We will let you know if we find these types of issues during the inspection.
